Most Common Questions
How do I add a stock to the Streamer?
Click the Quote input box in the top left (with the magnifying glass). Start typing the name or ticker you want to add. Once it has located it, click the add to button to the right of the ticker and name. This will add it to your current Streamer list.
How do I log out?
Click Settings button (bottom), then click on About. You'll see the Logout button appear.
How do I just view a quote? I don't want to add it to my Streamer, though.
Click the Quote input box in the top left (with the magnifying glass). Start typing the name or ticker you want to add. Once it has located it, click the name or ticker. Don't click the add/plus sign. This will open it in the quote view, but won't add it to your Streamer.

How do I remove a stock from the Streamer?
Hold your finger on the stock you don't want and a remove button will appear.
How do I sort the Streamer?
Tap the column headers to sort. Tap again to reverse the sorting order. You can sort the streamer by several different values. For example, click Chg %. The streamer list should sort the stock list by highest percentage gain to lowest. How do I select a different Streamer Watchlist?

If you don't have a real-time subscription, you can get one by calling 888-992-3836. If you do have a real-time subscription but are still not seeing real-time quotes, make sure you have Enhanced Access (Mobile) added to your account. It will turn on your real-time subscription for Android device. Otherwise, contact us at 888-992-3836.

Click on the Settings button. Then click the Enable Streaming button to turn on or off.
