There are three options to modify, change or cancel your account:
[http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=smatrix See the Product Matrix] and click on the Small Cap Pro option - it'll credit you for paid-in monies.

The ADVFN/streamer/Level2 subscription is a different subscription from the iHub premium message board subscription; you'll need to sign up for it as well.
