I just signed up for Level 2 and it's not working! What's wrong?

I meant to sign up for Level 2 but made a mistake, how can I upgrade?
Go here: http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=smatrix and click on the Small Cap Pro option - it'll credit you for paid-in monies.
I subscribe to iHub, why can't I get Level 2 or real time streamer?
The ADVFN/streamer/Level2 subscription is a different subscription from the iHub premium message board subscription; you'll need to sign up for it as well.
How do I modify or cancel my Streamer/Level2?
There are four options to modify, change or cancel your account:
